From the "My profile" exercise, i started to think the meaning of every item with me everyday. Is there a logic in why i am taking this with me? Is it just for good looking or there is some reason behind it that i have not been aware of it? I simply started to think what jewelry means to me and why i would like to study this course.

My items that i got with me today were mostly functional. They serve me to keep my daily routine as the way i want, like the wired earphone, not much people choose to take it nowadays. Although it is just blocking out noises for me when in public area, i prefer wired rather than Airpods, because i felt the wired earphone is more used for me and i found it more comfortable.

For today's work, i have found the ideas development quite interesting. By the limited time given, i have pushed myself to come up with as much great ideas as possible. It was a nice training in the creative thinking ability. I like the idea that i got today that connecting the nature with human by putting a potting on the shoulder. Even more the process to develop the potting into something else that serve more like a bag afterwards.

The strengthens of my current work is that i have tried to push myself to come up with multiple choices so that i can decide the best one to develop afterwards instead of having only a few. I have also shown a sound process from the initial idea to a mature design. The aspects i want to improve is that my drawings do not always illustrate my ideas clearly because i am not familiar with the bag and its structure. I may need to practice more on the drawings of objects so i can prepare for the JFFA course better.

The attached picture is part of my sketches, which demonstrated how i developed my ideas of potting to the final decision. The different form of the model is due to a better connection with the body and the function of a bag.
